We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 calendar days from the date of purchase. You must contact us for a Return Authorization Number. All Return Requests must be accompanied by a photo of the defect. Returns without a RMA number will be refused and no credit will be issued.

If the product is damaged, you must report the damage within 5 working days of receiving the shipment. Failure to do so will result in no refund or credit. You must keep all packaging material for inspection and sign for the package as damaged when received. Note any blemishes or compression on the box when delivered. If the package is dropped off without getting a signature, and the package is damaged, take a digital image of the box before it is opened. All our shipment methods have been tested to ensure no damage should occur. Drop testing is done to ensure proper packing safety. All shipments are insured through USPS.
